SHOWTIME's BALL STREET
- Regina Hall, Paul Scheer, Eugene Cordero and Kurt Braunohler have been cast on the comedy pilot starring Don Cheadle and Andrew Rannells. Furthermore, Casey Wilson will appear in a guest role with the likelihood of recurring should the pilot be ordered to series.
- Hall (Girls Trip) will play Dawn Darcy, Jammer's (Cheadle) top lieutenant. She is the first female head trader on the street who'll ride the second wave of feminism through a sea of horny millionaires.
- Scheer (The League) and Cordero (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) will play fellow traders Keith and Ronnie, respectively.
- Braunohler (The Big Sick) will play Ty Daverman, a vice president at Morgan Stanley.
- Wilson (Happy Endings) will play Tiff, Blair's (Rannells) girlfriend who appreciates the finer things in life that his job may not provide.
CBS' HISTORY OF THEM
- Christopher Powell will co-star opposite Ana Villafañe and Brett Dier on the comedy pilot written by Gloria Calderón Kellett. He has previously recurred on FOX's Empire and Comedy Central's Detroiters.
- He will play Isaac, a smart and funny former athlete and millionaire with a sweet apartment in downtown Portland where he lives with his two best friends, Adam (Dier) and Vikram (Amit Shah).
ABC's THE GREATEST AMERICAN HERO
- Hannah Simone will play the lead role on the comedy pilot reboot of the 1980s comedy written by Rachna Fruchbom. Her casting comes after her seven-season starring role on FOX's New Girl - which will premiere its final season in April.
- She will play Meera, a 30-year-old woman from Cleveland whose talents include drinking tequila, singing karaoke and not much else. She has spent her life searching and failing to find meaning, much to the chagrin of her traditional Indian-American family. An inexplicable event occurs that will change the course of Meera's life forever: she is entrusted with a super suit to protect the planet. Meera may have finally found purpose, but the world has never been in more unreliable hands.
