ABC has given its first back nine order to a new series for the 2018-19 season - picking up the original comedy series Single Parents for a full season. The comedy joins NBC's New Amsterdam and CBS' FBI in receiving the extra episode orders so far this fall.
The comedy stars Taran Killam, Leighton Meester, Kimrie Lewis, Jake Choi, Marlow Barkley, Tyler Wladis, Devin Trey Campbell, Mia Allan, Ella Allan and Brad Garrett.
Elizabeth Meriwether and J.J. Philbin created the comedy. They executive produce with Jason Winer and Katherine Pope. 20th Century Fox Television, ABC Studios, Elizabeth Meriwether Pictures and JJ Philbin Productions produce.
The comedy airs its fourth episode tonight at 9:30/8:30c. following Modern Family.
