While still in the midst of production on Season 5, Amazon has renewed its original drama series Bosch for a sixth season. The early renewal means the drama will remain on the streaming service with new episodes through 2020.
The drama stars Titus Welliver, Jamie Hector, Amy Aquino, Madison Lintz and Lance Reddick.
Eric Overmyer developed the drama based on the book series by MIchael Connelly. Overmyer serves as showrunner for the upcoming fifth season alongside Daniel Pyne. Fabrik Entertainment and Amazon Studios produce.
"Bosch is a customer and critical favorite and Amazon Prime members are fans of this long-running series that delivers strong storytelling, complex characters, and exceptional performances," said Albert Cheng, Co-Head of Television, Amazon Studios.
