Casting News - November 20, 2018
Amazon's Bosch & The Man in the High Castle; HBO's The Deuce; and NBC's Blindspot.
HBO's THE DEUCE
- David Krumholtz, Daniel Sauli, Sepidah Moafi and Olivia Luccardi have been promoted to series regulars for the drama's upcoming third and final season. All four have heavily recurred throughout the drama's first two seasons.
- Krumholtz plays Harvey Wasserman, a porn director and Candy's (Maggie Gyllenhaal) partner.
- Sauli plays Tommy Longo, an associate of Rudy Pipilo's (Michael Rispoli).
- Moafi plays Loretta, a sex worker who is friends with Dorothy (Jamie Neumann) and Abby (Margarita Levieva).
- Luccardi plays Melissa, a sex worker who worked for Reggie Love (Tariq Trotter) and then C.C. (Gary Carr).
NBC's BLINDSPOT
- Chaske Spencer has booked a recurring role on the drama's fourth season. He previously starred in the Twilight film franchise. He has also had recurring roles on Cinemax's Banshee and Amazon's Sneaky Pete.
- He will play Dominic Masters, who works for Madeline Burke (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio).
AMAZON's BOSCH
- Jon Lindstrom and Tim Lounibos have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fifth season. Lindstrom previously starred in ABC's General Hospital and CBS' As the World Turns. Lounibos' recent guest credits include CBS' Criminal Minds, NBC's A.P. Bio and ABC's The Real O'Neals.
- Lindstrom will play Lance Cronyn, a lawyer who goes toe-to-toe with Bosch (Titus Welliver).
- Lounibos will play Ed Sung, an investigator armed with patrol cop instincts and level-headed humor during a season-long investigation.
AMAZON's THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE
- Bzhaun Rhoden, Louis Ferreira and Peter Shinkoda have been cast in recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fourth season. Rhoden currently recurs on Syfy's Van Helsing. Ferreira has previously recurred on CBS' S.W.A.T. Shinkoda recurred in the first season of Netflix's Daredevil.
- Rhoden will play Benjy, a member of the Black Communist Rebellion. Though he's young, he's seen a lot, and he doesn't look out of place in the revolution. You can tell he's a survivor.
- Ferreira will play Brad Bellows, the leader of the D.C. Resistance cell. Years of survival in the resistance means he doesn't trust easily. He is suspicious of Juliana Crain (Alexa Davalos).
- Shinkoda will play Kazu Suzuki, the very distinguished Royal Secretary to the Crown Princess. He ensures that protocol is strictly observed and he is extremely devoted to the Princess.
