Apple has today given a series order to the original drama series Swagger based on the life of NBA star Kevin Durant.
The drama explores the world of Amateur Athletic Union basketball in Washington, D.C., following players, families and coaches who walk the fine line between dreams and ambition, opportunism and corruption.
Reggie Rock Bythewood (Shots Fired) created the drama. He will also serve as showrunner and will direct. He will executive produce with Durant, Rich Kleiman, Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo. CBS Television Studios, Imagine Television and Thirty Five Ventures will produce.
