DC UNIVERSE's SWAMP THING
  • Ian Ziering has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Crystal Reed. He previously starred for ten seasons in FOX's Beverly Hills, 90210 and in Syfy's Sharknado film franchise.
  • He will play Daniel Cassidy aka Blue Devil, a stuntman turned hero who fights occult evil. He became semi-famous after playing the demonic Blue Devil. But now, eight years later, he finds himself living out his days in frustration, pining for his former fame while on a collision course with destiny.
DC UNIVERSE's STARGIRL
  • Joel McHale has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Brec Bassinger. He previously starred for six seasons in NBC's Community and hosted E!'s The Soup for twelve seasons.
  • He will play Sylvester Pemberton aka Starman, a courageous and confident superhero who is a member of the Justice Society of America. He wields a mysterious anti-gravity weapon called the cosmic staff and has a longtime sidekick named Stripesy, better known as Courtney's (Bassinger) stepfather, Pat Dugan.
DISNEY+'s THE MANDALORIAN
  • Lucasfilm has today confirmed that the upcoming Star Wars drama from Jon Favreau will star Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog and Nick Nolte.
  • As with previous casting announcements, no details were immediately released about any of the characters they will be playing.
CBS ALL ACCESS' THE TWILIGHT ZONE
  • Steven Yeun will star in an upcoming episode of the anthology series reboot from Jordan Peele. He previously starred for six seasons in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is currently earning raves and awards attention for his performance in the film Burning.
  • He will star in an episode titled "The Traveler." Like with all previous casting, no additional details were released about the character or plot.
