- Victoria Pedretti will play the new female lead on the drama's upcoming second season - its first produced exclusively for the streaming service. She previously starred in the first season of Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House. She also appears in the upcoming films Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Shirley.
- She will play Love Quinn, an aspiring chef working as a produce manager in a high-end grocery store. She is uninterested in the world of social media, branding and self-promotion, focused instead on leading an interesting life. She is also tending to a deep grief - and when she meets Joe (Penn Badgley), she senses a shared knowledge of profound, life-changing loss.

- Darby Stanchfield has been cast on the upcoming drama based on the comic of the same name. Her casting marks her first television role since wrapping her seven-season starring role on ABC's Scandal.
- She will play Nina Locke. After a traumatic home attack, she moves her family across the country to Keyhouse for a fresh start and also to solve the mystery surrounding her late husband Rendell's murder. She struggles with her new role as a single mother, as Rendell was always more the traditional parent type. She's much more comfortable as an artist and house renovator.
