Just days before the comedy returns for its fifth season, Netflix has renewed its original comedy series Grace and Frankie for a sixth season. 13 new episodes are set to debut in 2020.
The renewal comes ahead of the launch of the fifth season on Friday, January 18.
The comedy stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Martin Sheen, Sam Waterston, June Diane Raphael, Brooklyn Decker, Ethan Embry and Baron Vaughn.
Marta Kauffman and Howard J. Morris created the comedy. They executive produce with Fonda, Tomlin, Paula Weinstein, Dana Goldberg, David Ellison, Marcy Ross and Alexa Junge. Skydance Television and Okay Goodnight produce.
