Netflix has today renewed its original comedy series Alexa & Katie for a third season. The new season will produce 16 episodes, which will air in two parts featuring eight episodes each.
Season 3 will follow Alexa (Paris Berelc) and Katie (Isabel May) through their junior and senior years of high school as they learn that together, they can get through anything.
The comedy also stars Tiffani Thiessen, Eddie Shin, Jolie Jenkins, Emery Kelly, Finn Carr and Jack Griffo.
Heather Wordham created the comedy and will continue to serve as showrunner for the third season.
