Netflix has today announced the premiere dates for the upcoming original drama series Northern Rescue and The Order.
All 10 episodes of Northern Rescue will debut on Friday, March 1.
After the death of his wife Sarah, John West packs up his three children and moves from their hectic urban life to his small northern hometown to take command of the local search-and-rescue service. Once there, the family struggles with their new surroundings, new friends and accepting Sarah's death. The children's aunt helps John and his children heal as she copes with the loss of her sister and her desire to have a family of her own.
The drama stars Billy Baldwin, Kathleen Robertson, Amalia Williamson, Spencer MacPherson, Taylor Thorne, Michelle Nolden, Michael Xavier and Peter MacNeill.
Mark Bacci, Dwayne Hill and David Cormican created the drama. They executive produce with Baldwin, Don Carmody and director Bradley Walsh. Don Carmody Television produces in association with Netflix and Canada's CBC.
All 10 episodes of The Order will launch on Thursday, March 7.
College freshman Jack Morton joins a fabled society, The Order, where he is thrust into a world of magic, monsters and intrigue. As Jack goes deeper, he uncovers dark family secrets and an underground battle between werewolves and the magical dark arts.
The drama stars Jake Manley, Sarah Grey, Matt Frewer, Sam Trammell and Max Martini.
