SHOWTIME's PENNY DREADFUL: CITY OF ANGELS
- Rory Kinnear is returning to the Penny Dreadful universe as a series regular on the upcoming drama. He starred in all three seasons of the original Showtime drama. He also starred in the Showtime limited series Guerrilla. He next appears in the HBO limited series Years and Years.
- He will play Dr. Peter Craft, a pediatrician and the leader of the German-American Bund, an organization he hopes will keep the United States isolated from the growing threat of war in Europe.
CINEMAX's GANGS OF LONDON
- Colm Meaney, David Bradley, Paapa Essiedu, Adrian Bower, Valene Kane, Ray Panthaki, Orli Shuka, Darren Evans, Garmon Rhys, Serena Kennedy, Aksel Üstün, Kwong Loke and Constantine Gregory have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Joe Cole and Sope Dirisu.
- No details were immediately released about any of the characters they will be playing.
CBS ALL ACCESS' WHY WOMEN KILL
- Sadie Calvano will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Lucy Liu, Ginnifer Goodwin and Kirby Howell-Baptiste. She previously starred for four seasons in CBS' Mom.
- She will play April. Seen in 1963. She is a beautiful young waitress with a free spirit. She's a burgeoning 1960s flower child who strikes up an unusual friendship with a 1960s housewife (Goodwin).
DC UNIVERSE's TITANS
- Chella Man has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He is a transgender and deaf model and activist.
- He will play Joseph Wilson aka Jericho, the son of the infamous DC villain Deathstroke (Esai Morales). Mute after his father failed to rescue him from having his vocal cords severed by assassins, he has the unique ability to possess anyone just by making eye contact. This gentle natured yet proud hero has proven himself a formidable Titan.
CBS ALL ACCESS' THE TWILIGHT ZONE
- Chris O'Dowd and Amy Landecker will appear in an upcoming episode of the anthology series reboot from Jordan Peele. O'Dowd currently stars in Epix's Get Shorty, which returns for its third season later this year, as well as SundanceTV's upcoming short series State of the Union. Landecker has starred for four seasons in Amazon's Transparent and will appear in its wrap-up movie later this year.
- They will star in an episode title "The Blue Scorpion." No details were revealed about the characters they will be playing or the plot of the episode.
STARZ's P-VALLEY
- Dan J. Johnson has booked a series regular role on the upcoming drama starring Brandee Evans and Nicco Annan. He has previously recurred on MTV's Underemployed and Freeform's Switched at Birth.
- He will play Corbin Kyle, the mixed-race, illegitimate son of a late cotton scion caught between the worlds of black and white. As the Pynk's top customer, he loves to throw down some major scrilla for a good time - depending on your definition of fun.
