- Chris D'Elia has been cast in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season - its first produced exclusively for the streaming service. He previously starred for two seasons in NBC's Whitney and three seasons in NBC's Undateable. He has also recurred on Freeform's Alone Together and ABC's The Good Doctor.
- He will play Henderson, a designer-hoodie, black Ray-Bans, expensive sneakers-wearing famous comedian with a "hard-life-lessons man-of-the-people" thing working for him.
HULU's HARLOTS
- Alex Sawyer has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He has previously recurred on Netflix's The End of the F***ing World, Starz's The White Princess and Epix's Get Shorty.
- He will play Jack Lively, the star of North's (Danny Sapani) boxing tour. He was a dolly-boy (a child-servant) in a rich man's house until he was thirteen, acting as a playmate for a white family's children. Ever since, Jack's gone from job to job, that is until North spotted his fighting potential. He has a deep understanding of society-types, and of how they treat people like him as an outsider. He is highly educated and politically motivated, more likely to respond to racism with an erudite come-back than to resort to his prize-winning fists. He becomes a steadfast ally to North, embracing his coaching, and all that London has to offer.
SHOWTIME's THE AFFAIR
- Michael Braun has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fifth and final season. His guest credits include HBO's High Maintenance, NBC's The Enemy Within, HBO's The Night Of and HBO's Succession.
- He will play EJ, an epigenetic scientist who Joanie (Anna Paquin) meets in Montauk. His work in studying generational trauma helps Joanie understand her life in a way she never has before.
HULU's WU-TANG: AN AMERICAN SAGA
- Julian Elijah Martinez, Dave East and Vinnie Pastore have joined the cast of the upcoming drama based on the story of the Wu-Tang Clan. Martinez currently stars in Network on Broadway. East is an MC and rapper known for his 2014 mixtape "Black Rose." Pastore previously starred for two seasons in HBO's The Sopranos.
- Martinez will play Divine. Clean cut and serious, he wears the uniform of a street boss. At a young age, he's become a name to be remembered, but is ready to move a step up. He keeps a tight watch on his crew, often coming down hard on his little brother, Bobby (Ashton Sanders). When Divine gets locked up, he tries to keep the operation moving from behind bars.
- East will play Shotgun. Tall, with a knack for rhymes, he takes pride in being the assistant manager at the concession stand next to the Statue of Liberty. A popular figure in Staten Island, he stays above the turf wars.
- Pastore will play Larry, who runs a local rib joint and can be found chatting his customers ears off about the lavish history of Staten Island and its Italian influence.
AMC's FEAR THE WALKING DEAD
- Karen David is set as a new series regular on the drama's upcoming fifth season. She previously starred for two seasons in ABC's Galavant. She has also recurred on ABC's Once Upon a Time and currently appears in The CW's Legacies.
- She will play Grace. No additional character details were immediately announced.
NETFLIX's THE STRANGER
- Siobhan Finneran, Hannah John-Kamen, Jennifer Saunders, Shaun Dooley, Paul Kaye, Dervla Kirwan, Kadiff Kirwan, Anthony Stewart Head and Stephen Rea will round out the main cast of the upcoming drama starring Richard Armitage.
- Finneran (Happy Valley) will play DS Johanna Griffin.
- John-Kamen (Ant-Man and the Wasp) will play a mysterious stranger who exposes people's secrets, dropping bombshells that will shatter lives.
- Saunders (Absolutely Fabulous) will play Heidi, Johanna's closest friend, an outgoing character who is seeking adventure after her daughter leaves for university.
- No details were immediately released about the characters the rest of the new cast additions will be playing today.
