FOX's RICHARD LOVELY
- Nicole Richie and Asif Ali have been cast in the comedy pilot starring Thomas Lennon. Richie previously starred for two seasons in NBC's Great News and has also guest starred on HBO's Camping and Netflix's Grace and Frankie. Ali starred for three seasons in TBS' Wrecked.
- Richie will play Kelli, Richard's (Lennon) publicist, a high-functioning millennial who is Richard's polar opposite in every way except one: they both like to keep their eyes on number one - themselves.
- Ali will play Howard, Richard's literary agent. He spends most of his time putting out fires that Richard has needlessly started.
ABC's HEART OF LIFE
- Nick Thune will co-star on the drama pilot inspired by the John Mayer song. The stand-up comedian has released two hourlong specials Nick Thune: Good Guy and Nick Thune: Folk Hero.
- He will play Jimmy, a wiry and singer/guitar player and aging rock star who drank too much, partied too much and enjoys the lifestyle. But he's surprisingly sweet, thoughtful and a good listener.
NBC's UNINSURED
- Steven Weber has joined the cast of the comedy pilot starring Adam Pally and Abby Elliott. He previously starred for eight seasons in NBC's Wings, one season in TNT's Murder in the First and one season in Syfy's Channel Zero. He has also had recurring roles on CBS' NCIS: New Orleans, Syfy's Helix, Showtime's House of Lies, The CW's iZombie, Netflix's 13 Reasons Why, HBO's Ballers, CBS' Mom and Epix's Get Shorty.
- He will play Elliot, Dave's (Pally) father and Linda's (Fran Drescher) husband. He is an upbeat salesman who knows too many facts about things you don't care about.
FOX's LOVESTRUCK
- Beth Riesgraf, Jeffery Self and Linda Park have landed series regular roles on the drama pilot starring Rachel Bilson and Steve Kazee. Riesgraf starred for five seasons in TNT's Leverage and one season in USA's Complications. Self has previously recurred on TBS' Search Party. Park starred for four seasons in UPN's Star Trek: Enterprise.
- Riesgraf will play Isabelle, a rational, smart, affable beauty and mother trying to navigate a divorce and just wants the best for her son.
- Self will play Kevin, an earnest, avuncular, gay accountant with a sense of humor and is a good friend.
- Park will play Kate, a mellow and fun mother with an easygoing sensibility and loyal to her friends.
