HBO's THE NEVERS
- Laura Donnelly will play the lead role on the upcoming drama created by Joss Whedon. She has previously appeared in three seasons of Starz's Outlander. Furthermore, the premium cable network announced that Whedon is co-writing the drama with Buffy veterans Jane Espenson and Douglas Petrie, who will also executive produce alongside Bernadette Caulfield.
- Donnelly will play Amalia True, the most reckless, impulsive and emotionally damaged hero of her time. A menace to stuff Victorian society, she would die for the cause and kill for a drink.
NETFLIX's ATYPICAL
- Sara Gilbert has booked a recurring role on the comedy's upcoming third season. She currently stars in ABC's The Conners, which has been renewed for a second season. She also created, executive produces and co-hosts CBS' The Talk, though she recently announced that she would be leaving the show after nine seasons.
- She will play Professor Judd, a university ethics professor who is generally irritable and chronically underwhelmed, yet capable of compassion.
USA's BRAVE NEW WORLD
- Harry Lloyd will star opposite Alden Ehrenreich on the upcoming drama based on the novel of the same name. He previously starred for one season in HBO's Game of Thrones, two seasons in WGN America's Manhattan and two seasons in Starz's Counterpart. He next recurs on the upcoming third and final season of FX's Legion.
- He will play Bernard Marx, an Alpha Plus who works as a counselor for The Bureau of Stability, administering the pharmaceutical Soma to the citizens of New London.
