HBO's AVENUE 5
- Jessica St. Clair and Kyle Bornheimer have been cast in recurring roles on the upcoming comedy starring Hugh Laurie. St. Clair co-created and starred in USA's Playing House, which ran for three seasons (and featured Bornheimer in a recurring role during its second season). St. Clair has also recurred on Comedy Central's Review and ABC's American Housewife. Bornheimer has had recurring roles on Hulu's Casual and FOX's Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
- St. Clair will play Mia, who took a space-cation with her husband Doug to try and save their troubled marriage. Now trapped together sharing a tiny cabin, the tedium of space is beginning to seriously grate on Mia.
- Bornheimer will play Doug, Mia's husband who is bitter, broken and overly sensitive. After giving up his own dreams to follow Mia's, rejected Doug is now in the midst of a midlife crisis.
HBO's THE THIRD DAY
- Katherine Waterston will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Jude Law. She stars in the Fantastic Beasts film franchise. Her additional film credits include starring roles in Steve Jobs, Alien: Covenant, Logan Lucky and Mid90s.
- She will play Jess, who Sam (Law) encounters on the island.
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC's THE RIGHT STUFF
- Colin O'Donoghue has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Patrick J. Adams and Jake McDorman. He previously starred for six seasons in ABC's Once Upon a Time. He next appears in an episode of Netflix's upcoming anthology Dolly Parton's Heartstrings.
- He will play Lt. Gordon Cooper, the youngest of the Mercury Seven, who was selected to everyone's surprise. He takes over the role from Joe Dempsie, who had to exit the cast due to visa issues.
