HBO has renewed its original drama series Euphoria for a second season, it was announced today by Francesca Orsi, Executive Vice President of Programming, HBO.
The drama stars Zendaya, Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, Storm Reid, Hunter Schafer, Algee Smith and Sydney Sweeney.
Sam Levinson created the drama based on an Israeli series. He executive produces with Drake, Future the Prince, Ravi Nandan, Kevin Turen, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem, Daphna Levin, Tmira Yardeni, Mirit Toovi, Yoram Mokady, Gary Lennon and Jim Kleverweis. A24 produces.
"Euphoria creator Sam Levinson has built an incredible world with an extraordinary cast led by the supremely talented Zendaya," said Orsi. "We are so grateful that he chose HBO as the home for this groundbreaking series.
