AppleTV+ has today given a series order to the original drama series Severance starring Adam Scott (Parks and Recreation, Big Little Lies). An episode count and premiere date window were not immediately announced.
The series will take place at Lumen Industries, a company that's looking to take work-life balance to a new level.
Scott will play Mark, an employee with a dark past trying to put himself back together.
Dan Erickson created the drama, which will be directed by Ben Stiller (Escape at Dannemora). They will executive produce with Scott, Chris Black, Nicky Weinstock and Jackie Cohn. Endeavor Content and Red Hour Productions produce.
