Netflix has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original comedy series I Am Not Okay With This starring Sophia Lillis.All seven episodes of the first season will be available on Wednesday, February 26.
Based on the graphic novel by Charles Forsman, the irreverent origin story follows a teenage girl (Lillis) who's navigating the trials and tribulations of high school, all while dealing with the complexities of her family, her budding sexuality, and mysterious superpowers just beginning to awaken deep within her.
In addition to Lillis, the comedy stars Wyatt Oleff, Sofia Bryant, Kathleen Rose Perkins, Aidan Wojtak-Hissong and Richard Ellis.
Christy Hall and Jonathan Entwistle developed the series, with Hall writing and Entwistle directing. They executive produce with Shawn Levy, Dan Levine, Dan Cohen and Josh Barry. 21 Laps Entertainment produces.
