- Mark Feuerstein, Kelli Williams, Daniel Mora, Emy Mena, George Pullar, Amy Forsyth, Ross Phillips, Romina D'Ugo, Bobby Daniel Rodriguez, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, Jose Pablo Cantillo and Drew Powell have booked recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Michael Chiklis.
- Feuerstein (Royal Pains) will play Frank Kerr, a successful psychologist who is now married to Ben's (Chiklis) ex-wife.
- Williams (The Practice) will play Jill Kerr, Ben's ex-wife and the mother of their 23-year-old daughter, Kate.
- Mora (Coco) will play Mazo Zamora, the older brother of El Cartin (Juan Pablo Raba), who is in a power struggle for control over the family business.
- Mena (The Whisper of Silence) will play Maria Elena Flores, a pregnant teenager who finds herself in some trouble.
- Pullar (Playing for Keeps) will play Garrett Cox, a mentee of retired border agent Ben Clemens and as close to a work friend as Ben's got.
- Forsyth (Rise) will play Kate Clemens, Ben's daughter who can go toe-to-toe with him.
- Phillips (Hart of Dixie) will play Jack Conway, a castaway expat.
- D'Ugo (12 Monkeys) will play Esme Gallo, an artist in Mexico.
- Rodriguez (SEAL Team) will play Lugo Peralta, an HSI Agent.
- Cordova-Buckley (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) will play Paloma Zamora, a politically-connected socialite with connections to the cartel.
- Cantillo (The Walking Dead) will play Javi Lopez, the former partner and best friend to Ben.
- Powel (Gotham) will play Joe Don Walker, the chief agent at the border patrol office.
