FOX's BLOOD RELATIVE
- Tyrone Marshall Brown will co-star on the drama pilot starring Melissa Leo and Tate Donovan. He previously starred in OWN's one-season drama Love Is ___. He has also recurred on Starz's Power.
- He will play Brick Doughty, a homicide detective and John Kelly's (Donovan) partner. A bit of a wiseass, when he and John catch a rough case, the suicide of a man everyone thought was murdered twenty years ago, it's Brick's idea to take the case to Lou (Leo), John's genius if idiosyncratic sister. Is it altruism, or is Brick trying to stay a step ahead of the game?
NBC's NIGHT SCHOOL
- Shanola Hampton will play the female lead on the comedy pilot written by Christopher Moynihan. She currently stars in Showtime's Shameless, which returns for its eleventh and final season later this year.
- She will play Carrie Dawes, a high school teacher who doesn't suffer fools and takes no prisoners.

NBC's LA BREA
- Caleb Ruminer, Angel Parker, Catherine Dent, Veronica St. Clair, Jag Bal and Chiké Okonkwo have been cast on the drama pilot starring Michael Raymond-James and Natalie Zea. Ruminer has previously recurred on MTV's Finding Carter. Parker starred for three seasons in Hulu's Runaways. Dent starred for seven seasons in FX's The Shield. St. Clair guest starred in Netflix's Unbelievable. Bal's guest credits include The CW's Supernatural and ABC's Take Two. Okonkwo has recurred on Cinemax's Banshee and BET's Being Mary Jane.
- Ruminer will play Josh Wolcott, Claire (Zea) and Gavin's (Raymond-James) son.
- Parker will play a renowned geologist who is a leading expert on sinkholes.
- Dent will play Jessica Wolcott, Gavin's older sister and a high-powered attorney.
- St. Clair will play Riley Glass, Dr. Glass' daughter and a high achiever.
- Bal will play Scott Hasan, a well-meaning guy who is a survivor in the sinkhole.
- Okonkwo will play a troubled and suicidal survivor trapped underground.
