After originally picking up a fifth and final season of the drama, Netflix has today renewed its original drama series Lucifer for a sixth season - which it is now billing as the final, final season.The drama stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Kevin Alejandro, D.B. Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Scarlett Estevez, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia and Inbar Lavi.
Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich serve as showrunners. They executive produce with Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman, Sheri Elwood and KristieAnne Reed. Warner Bros. Television, DC Entertainment and Jerry Bruckheimer Television produce.
The renewal comes a day after the streaming service announced the drama will return with 8 new episodes on Friday, August 21.
