HBO Max has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original drama series Raised by Wolves starring Travis Fimmel (Vikings).
All 10 episodes of the first season will be available on Thursday, September 3.
The drama centers on two androids tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet. As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences, the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task.
In addition to Fimmel, the drama stars Amanda Collin, Abubakar Salim, Winta McGrath, Niamh Algar, Jordan Loughran, Matias Varela, Felix Jamieson, Ethan Hazzard, Aasiya Shah and Ivy Wong.
Aaron Guzikowski created the drama, with Ridley Scott directing the first two episodes. They executive produce with David W. Zucker, Jordan Sheehan, Adam Kolbrenner and Mark Huffam. Scott Free Productions produces.
