FOX's PRODIGAL SON
- Christian Borle and Michael Potts have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Borle is a two-time Tony Award winner for Peter and the Starcatcher and Something Rotten. Potts has previously recurred on FOX's Gotham, NBC's Law & Order: SVU and CBS' Madam Secretary.
- Borle will play Pete, a former friar ejected from his church for extremist views. He is famous for a notorious killing spree that has landed him in the psychiatric ward with Martin (Michael Sheen). Friar Pete is a careful listener and offers respite to the other patients - and becomes a key consultant in Bright's (Tom Payne) latest case.
- Potts will play Dr. Brandon Marsh, Martin's new therapist at Claremont who's desperate to have a breakthrough with his psychiatric patients.
SHOWTIME's SHAMELESS
- Chelsea Alden has landed a recurring role on the dramedy's eleventh and final season. She has previously recurred on Netflix's 13 Reasons Why and FX's American Horror Story: Roanoke.
- She will play Tish, who works as a cashier at a furniture store, where Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) rescues her from an irate customer.
THE CW's WALKER
- Matt Barr is set for a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Jared Padalecki and Lindsey Morgan. He currently stars in CBS' Blood & Treasure, which was renewed for a second season but production was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- He will play Hoyt, Walker's (Padalecki) best friend. However, the two friends find themselves on opposite sides of the law.
