HBO MAX's HEAD OF THE CLASS
- Jorge Diaz, Dior Goodjohn, Brandon Severs, Adrian Matthew Escalona and Christa Miller will co-star on the comedy pilot starring Isabella Gomez. Diaz starred in the National Geographic limited series The Long Road Home. Goodjohn has guest starred on Disney's Raven's Home and CBS' The Unicorn. Severs starred for three seasons in Disney XD's Walk the Prank. Escalona will be making his TV acting debut with the pilot. Miller starred for six seasons in ABC/TBS' Cougar Town.
- Diaz will play Elliot Olsen, a goofy English teacher who loves his job and is genuine to a fault.
- Goodjohn will play Robyn Rook, a STEM queen turned Twitch streamer. She's the de facto leader of the class - though she'd never admit it.
- Severs will play Terrell Smith, a year-round athlete who is uber-positive and all about team mentality.
- Escalona will play Miles Mendelson, the shy, introverted and overthinking coder who'd rather spend time with computers than people.
- Miller will play Principal Maris, an intimidating, tough love boss who always puts the students first.
SHOWTIME's AMERICAN GIGOLO
- Lizzie Brocheré and Gabriel LaBelle have joined the cast of the drama pilot starring Jon Bernthal, Gretchen Mol and Rosie O'Donnell. Brocheré starred in one season of FX's American Horror Story and two seasons in USA's Falling Water. LaBelle has guest starred in The CW's iZombie and Netflix's upcoming drama Brand New Cherry Flavor.
- Brocheré will play Isabelle, the heiress to a large, profitable sex work ring who is more than Julian (Bernthal) bargained for.
- LaBelle will play the younger version of Julian.
TBS NEW PILOT ORDERS
- KILL THE ORANGE-FACED BEAR (Comedy, Single Camera) - Written by Chris Romano. Directed by Jake Szymanski. Executive produced by Romano, Szymanski, Trevor Engelson, Steven Fisher and Alex Karpovsky. Logline: A comedy about one man's revenge journey after a bear eats his girlfriend.
- SPACE (Comedy, Single Camera) - Written and executive produced by Hilary Winston. Directed and executive produced by Nick Stoller. Produced by Sony Pictures Television and Stoller Global Solutions. Logline: On the verge of a breakup, Rob and Marin are granted the ultimate "space" to figure out their future when they suddenly begin jumping into the bodies of other couples.
