In the new season, a group of FBI criminal profilers with the Behavioral Analysis Unit will investigate a single case across all ten episodes.
The drama's final season on CBS starred Joe Mantegna, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Daniel Henney, Adam Rodriguez and Paget Brewster. No cast members are currently signed on to the new season, though negotiations are currently underway.
Longtime showrunner Erica Messer is expected to once again serve in that capacity. Her deal has not yet closed though. ABC Signature and CBS Studio will return to produce.
