HULU's IRON MIKE
- Trevante Rhodes will play the lead role in the upcoming limited series created by Steven Rogers and Karin Gist. He has starred in the feature films Moonlight, The Predator, Bird Box and The United States vs. Billie Holiday.
- He will play Mike Tyson, the heavyweight champion boxer - one of he most polarizing figures in sports culture.
TBS' MIRACLE WORKERS
- Quinta Brunson has landed a recurring role on the upcoming third season of the anthology series. She previously starred in the first season of HBO's A Black Lady Sketch Show. She also created and stars in ABC's upcoming comedy Abbott Elementary, which will debut in 2022.
- She will play Trig, who's tough as nails and completely ruthless. She was found by Benny (Steve Buscemi) when she was a child and eventually taken in as his unofficial adopted daughter who he trained to be an outlaw from a young age. Though he is a father figure to her, she begins to resent him because she thinks he's a deadbeat dad. Trig has a cool toughness and can hold her own, without Benny.
PEACOCK's JOE EXOTIC
- Nat Wolff will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Kate McKinnon and John Cameron Mitchell. He starred in the feature films Paper Towns, The Intern and Stella's Last Weekend. He recently starred in the CBS All Access limited series The Stand.
- He will play Travis Maldonado, one of Joe's (Mitchell) husbands.
HULU's WU-TANG: AN AMERICAN SAGA
- La La Anthony has booked a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She previously starred for three seasons in Starz's Power. She has also recurred on Showtime's The Chi. She will next recur on Starz's upcoming drama Black Mafia Family.
- She will play Tracey Waples, a young, vibrant Executive at Def Jam. She's on the pulse of good music and boldly speaks her mind. After seeing Wu-Tang live, she's completely invested, but her plan for the group might not align with their own.
FREEFORM's MOTHERLAND: FORT SALEM
- Victor Webster, Mellany Barros, Praneet Akilla, Ess Hödlmoser and Arlen Aguayo will appear in recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Webster previously starred for four seasons in Syfy's Continuum. Barros has guest starred on Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and TBS' Chad. Akilla is currently recurring on The CW's Nancy Drew. Hödlmoser has guest starred on DC Universe's Titans and Amazon's The Boys. Aguayo has recurred on ABC's The Good Doctor.
- Webster will play Blanton Silver, the Vice President of the United States. When his daughter is discovered to be a witch, he tries to adjust to her newfound identity.
- Barros will play Penelope Silver, the only child of the Vice President who accidentally discovers she is a witch. She is enthusiastic, passionate, yet overwhelmed while she navigates this shift from civilian to military life.
- Akilla will play Gregorio, a male witch from the upper echelons of military witch society. He has huge opinions about how male witches are treated in a female dominant witch army, and makes them known.
- Hödlmoser will play M, a non-binary second-year soldier in War College. M is very protective of our Unit and any witch in their coven.
- Aguayo will play Nicte, someone from Alder's (Lyne Renée) past who helped shape her into who she is now.
SHOWTIME's SUPER PUMPED
- Kyle Chandler has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He previously starred for five seasons in NBC's Friday Night Live, winning an Emmy Award for his lead performance in 2011. He has also starred for three seasons in Netflix's Bloodline and in the Hulu limited series Catch-22. And finally, he stars in the Godzilla feature film franchise.
- He will play Bill Gurley, the plainspoken, brilliant Texan venture capitalist who bets his sterling reputation on Uber's success - and then has to live with the consequences.
FOX's OUR KIND OF PEOPLE
- Alana Bright has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Yaya DaCosta and Morris Chestnut. She will make her television acting debut with the series.
- She will play Nikki Vaughn, the 17-year-old daughter and only child of Angela Vaughn (DaCosta). A passionate artist with a gift for spoken-word poetry, she is bold and fearless. She stands up for what she believes and has a strong sense of security in who she is. The recent death of her grandmother has sent her spiraling, but as she starts to form new friendships in Oak Bluffs, she starts to gain her footing again.
APPLE TV+'s NOW AND THEN
- Rosie Perez, Marina de Tavira, José María Yazpik, Maribel Verdú, Manolo Cardona, Soledad Villamil and Željko Ivanek will star in the upcoming drama created by Ramón Campos, Teresa Fernández-Valdés and Gema R. Neira. Perez starred in the first season of HBO Max's The Flight Attendant. De Tavira was nominated for an Academy Award in 2018 for the film Roma. Yazpik starred for one season in Netflix's Narcos and three seasons in Netflix's Narcos: Mexico. Verdú starred in the feature films Y tu mamá también and Pan's Labyrinth. Cardona starred for two seasons in Netflix's Who Killed Sara?. Villamil starred in the film The Secret in Their Eyes. Ivanek starred for six seasons in CBS' Madam Secretary.
- Perez will play Flora, a talented detective obsessed with an unresolved case from 20 years ago, who will stop at nothing to discover the truth.
- De Tavira will play Ana, a smart and ambitious woman who put her political career on hold to support her husband's.
- Yazpik will play Pedro, a complex politician married to Ana. He feels entangled in a life that doesn't belong to him.
- Verdú will play Sofia, a strong self-made lawyer who's life took an unexpected turn 20 years ago and is now hiding too many secrets.
- Cardona will play Marcos, a passionate surgeon who sacrificed his dreams for his family and friends.
- Villamil will play Daniela, an introspective artist who constantly struggles to overcome a traumatic event from her past.
- Ivanek will play Sullivan, a seasoned detective who keeps his partner Flora from getting into too much trouble. He always operates based on evidence and logic.
HBO's THE LAST OF US
- Merle Dandridge is set as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Pedro Pascal, Gabriel Luna and Bella Ramsey. She previously starred for five seasons in OWN's Greenleaf and in the first season of HBO Max's The Flight Attendant. She next stars in the second season of AppleTV+'s Truth Be Told.
- She will play Marlene, the head of the Fireflies, a resistance movement struggling for freedom against an oppressive military regime.
NETFLIX's COBRA KAI
- Thomas Ian Griffith will reprise his role from The Karate Kid III in the comedy's upcoming fourth season. He has recently served as a writer on NBC's Grimm and Netflix's Dolly Parton's Heartstrings.
- He plays Terry Silver, the co-founder of Cobra Kai.
NETFLIX's FIRST KILL
- Elizabeth Mitchell, Aubin Wise, Jason Robert Moore, Gracie Dzienny, Will Swenson, Phillip Mullings Jr., Dominic Goodman, Dylan McNamara, MK xyz, Jonas Dylan Allen and Roberto Mendez will round out the main cast of the upcoming drama starring Sarah Catherine Cook and Imani Lewis.
- Mitchell previously starred for four seasons in ABC's Lost and next stars in the upcoming second season of Netflix's Outer Banks. Wise appeared on Broadway in the musical Hamilton. Moore starred for two seasons in Netflix's The Punisher. Dzienny starred in the third season of CBS' Zoo. Swenson currently stars in Spectrum's The Bite, which just released its first season. Mullings Jr. currently stars in BET+'s Bruh, which is now airing its second season. Goodman has guest starred on FX's Better Things and NBC's Young Rock. McNamara recurred on Spectrum's L.A.'s Finest. MK xyz released her debut EP earlier this year. Allen and Mendez will be making their television acting debuts with the series.
