The series is an anarchic, joyful and irreverent music comedy following a Muslim female punk band - called Lady Parts - who are on a mission to find a lead guitarist and maybe, just maybe, get a proper gig.
The comedy stars Anjana Vasan, Sarah Kameela Impey, Juliette Motamed, Faith Omole, Lucie Shorthouse, Zaqi Ismail and Aiysha Hart.
Manzoor writes and directs the comedy. She also executive produces with Surian Fletcher-Jones, Mark Freeland, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner. Working Title Television produces in association with Peacock and Channel 4.
