HBO MAX's JULIA
- Judith Light has joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Sarah Lancashire and David Hyde Pierce. She has received four Emmy Award nominations for ABC's Ugly Betty, Amazon's Transparent and FX's The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. She is also a three-time Tony Award winner for the plays Other Desert Cities and The Assembled Parties as well as receiving the Isabelle Stevenson Award in 2019.
- She will play Blanche Knopf, the co-founder of the Knopf publishing house. Married to publishing giant Alfred A. Knopf, she is widely credited with bringing in Julia Child's (Lancashire) hugely successful Mastering the Art of French Cooking. She also worked with a swath of top writers during her career including Sigmund Freud, Albert Camus, John Updike and Raymond Chandler.
SHOWTIME's DEXTER
- John Lithgow will reprise his role on the upcoming revival season of the drama starring Michael C. Hall. He heavily recurred during the original drama's fourth season - winning an Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series. Overall, he is a six-time Emmy winner and two-time Tony Award winner.
- No details were immediately released as to how Lithgow's character, Arthur Mitchell aka the Trinity Killer, will appear in the new season.
PEACOCK's JOE EXOTIC
- Joel Marsh Garland is set as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Kate McKinnon and John Cameron Mitchell. He has previously recurred on Netflix's Orange Is the New Black and TBS' The Last O.G.
- He will play James Garretson, a friend of Joe Exotic's (Mitchell) and fellow exotic animal owner who turns FBI informant as Joe's murder-for-hire plot unfolds.
NETFLIX's OZARK
- Veronica Falcón and Ali Stroker have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fourth and final season. Falcón previously starred for three seasons in USA's Queen of the South and is currently starring in the second season of Paramount+'s Why Women Kill. Stroker won a Tony Award in 2019 for her performance in the musical Oklahoma!.
- Falcón will play Camila, the sister of drug cartel leader Omar Navarro (Felix Solis) whose son Javi Elizonndro (Alfonso Herrera) is scheming to take over his uncle's cartel. She quietly works behind the scenes to become a formidable player in her family's drug empire.
- Stroker will play Charles-Ann, an old friend of Ruth's (Julia Garner) mother who lends her a hand when she is in need of some assistance.
AMAZON's WITH LOVE
- Andre Royo has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Emeraude Toubia and Mark Indelicato. He previously starred for five seasons in HBO's The Wire, two seasons in Amazon's Hand of God and two seasons in FOX's Empire.
- He will play Laz Zayas, Santiago's (Rome Flynn) father. He is a proud Afro-Cuban man. He runs a furniture building company with his son and is a master woodworker. He is hardworking, devoted to his family, but has been hiding a secret.
AMC's THE WALKING DEAD: WORLD BEYOND
- Gissette Valentin will appear in a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. She has previously guest starred on The CW's Dynasty, Netflix's Raising Dion, FOX's The Resident, Netflix's Ozark and Netflix's Cobra Kai. She will next recur on the upcoming final season of TNT's Claws.
- She will play Corporal Diane Pierce, a smart, driven soldier who commands the respect of someone in a much higher position of authority.
