Bob Fisher, Rob Greenberg and Tad Quill developed the comedy based on the Australian series. They executive produced with Leary, Perkins, Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, Trent O'Donnell, Phil Lloyd and Jason Burrows.
The comedy returned for its 8-episode second season in April 2021 but was pulled from the schedule after airing five episodes. Its remaining three episodes were subsequently burned off this month with the expectation of its cancellation.
