HBO MAX's PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: ORIGINAL SIN
- Lea Salonga, Sharon Leal and Elena Goode have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Chandler Kinney, Maia Reficco and Bailee Madison. Furthermore, Carly Pope and Zakiya Young have been cast in recurring roles. Salonga won a Tony Award in 1991 for her performance in the musical Miss Saigon. Leal has recurred on ABC's The Good Doctor and The CW's Supergirl. Goode appeared in 188 episodes of CBS' As the World Turns. Pope has recurred on USA's Suits and The CW's Arrow. Young guest starred on Netflix's Orange Is the New Black and Amazon's Mozart in the Jungle.
- Salonga will play Elodie, Minnie's (Malia Pyles) mother. A bit overbearing, she works overtime to keep her daughter safe following a trauma that occurred when Minnie was just a little girl.
- Leal will play Sidney, Tabby's (Kinney) mother and the main PLL matriarch. She is a real estate agent and single mother, doing her best to provide for her daughter, as well as Imogen (Madison).
- Goode will play Marjorie, Noa's (Reficco) mother, a nurse at Millwood General. Though she loves her daughter, she's hiding a secret that threatens their relationship.
- Pope will play Davie, Imogen's mother. They have always been two against the world. But a chilling reminder from Davie's dark past upends both of their lives.
- Young will play Corey, Faran's (Zaria) mother. Once her marriage to Zeke (Benton Greene) dissolved, she sought greener pastures in Pittsburgh, working as a paralegal, though she tells everyone she's a lawyer.
FOX's MONARCH
- Eva Amurri has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Susan Sarandon, Anna Friel and Trace Adkins. She is Sarandon's real-life daughter. She previously recurred on Showtime's Californication, FOX's New Girl, CBS' How I Met Your Mother and NBC's Undateable.
- She will play the younger version of Dottie Cantrell Roman - played in the present day by Sarandon.
HULU's IRON MIKE
- Russell Hornsby will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Trevante Rhodes. He currently stars in Starz's BMF, which made its series debut yesterday. He previously starred for six seasons in NBC's Grimm and in the Netflix limited series Seven Seconds.
- He will play Don King, a ruthlessly ambitious man with a flashy personality. He's a notorious boxing promoter who takes Mike Tyson's (Rhodes) boxing career to the next level. He's a businessman; strategic, resilient, knowing how to work everything in his favor. However, much of his arrogance might be hiding a deeper vulnerability. While others may focus on the little details, King has his eyes on the prize - always thinking of the bigger picture.
AMC's MOONHAVEN
- Yazzmin Newell is set as a series regular on the upcoming drama starring Dominic Monaghan and Emma McDonald. She previously guest starred on BBC One's Doctors and Netflix's The Irregulars.
- She will play Sonda Cruz, the second in command to Moonhaven's political leader Maite Voss (Ayelet Zurer).
