NBC has today given a series order to the original drama series The Endgame starring Morena Baccarin (Homeland, Gotham) and Ryan Michelle Bathe (First Wives Club, All Rise).
The high-stakes thriller centers on Elena Federova (Baccarin), a recently captured international arms dealer and brilliant criminal mastermind who even in captivity orchestrates a number of coordinated bank heists, and Val Turner (Bathe), the principled, relentless and socially outcast FBI agent who will stop at nothing to foil her ambitious plan.
The drama also stars Kamal Angelo Bolden, Costa Ronin, Noah Bean, Jordan Johnson-Hinds and Mark D. Espinoza.
Nick Wootton and Jake Coburn wrote the pilot, which was directed by Justin Lin. They executive produce with Julie Plec, Emily Cummins and Andrew Schneider. Universal Television, Nicholas Wootton Productions, Jake Coburn Productions, My So-Called Company and Perfect Storm Entertainment produce.
