PEACOCK's PITCH PERFECT
- Sarah Hyland, Jameela Jamil and Lera Abova have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy starring Adam Devine and Flula Borg. Hyland previously starred for eleven seasons in ABC's Modern Family. Jamil starred for four seasons in NBC's The Good Place and will next appear in Disney+'s upcoming drama She-Hulk. Abova appeared in the 2019 film Anna.
- Hyland will play Heidi, Piëter (Borg) and Bumper's (Devine) cheery and slightly odd American assistant. While working on Bumper's team by day, she secretly harbors dreams of being a singer-songwriter herself, and moonlights by performing original songs in a Berlin cabaret.
- Jamil will play Gisela, a bombastic and flashy up-and-coming German pop star and Piëter's ex-girlfriend. She is Bumper's main rival at the German Unity Day Concert and will stop at nothing to beat him to stardom.
- Abova will play Piëter's sister, a prominent Berlin DJ and music producer. She performs in clubs all over the city as DJ Das Boot. She is as cool as Berlin in December.
NETFLIX's THE DIPLOMAT
- Rufus Sewell and Ali Ahn have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Keri Russell. Sewell previously starred for four seasons in Amazon's The Man in the High Castle. Ahn currently stars in Netflix's Raising Dion, which released its second season last month.
- Sewell will play Hal Wyler, Kate's (Russell) husband.
- Ahn will play Eidra Graham.
AMC's INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE
- Assad Zaman will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson and Bailey Bass. He previously starred in the BritBox-ITV limited series Hotel Portofino. He also appeared in the "Red, White and Blue" episode of Amazon's Small Axe.
- He will play Rashid.
