The 8-episode limited series will launch on Thursday, May 5 with its first three episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly until the season finale on Thursday, June 9.
Based on a true story, the limited series explores the life of Michael Peterson (Firth), his sprawling North Carolina family, and the suspicious death of his wife, Kathleen Peterson (Collette).
In addition to Firth and Collette, the limited series stars Michael Stuhlbarg, Juliette Binoche, Dane DeHaan, Olivia DeJonge, Rosemarie DeWitt, Tim Guinee, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sophie Turner, Vincent Vermignon, Odessa Young and Parker Posey.
