The comedy starred Tracy Morgan, Ryan Gaul, Taylor Christian Mosby, Dante Hoagland, Anna Maria Horsford and Da'Vine Joy Randolph.
Jordan Peele and John Carcieri created the comedy, with Owen Smith serving as showrunner for the fourth (and now final) season. They executive produced with Morgan, Jorma Taccone, Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Joel Zadak.
The cancellation comes shortly after the Warner Bros. Discovery merger closed - which earlier this week resulted in TBS pulling the plug on new live-action/animated hybrid comedy Kill the Orange-Faced Bear despite previously receiving a series order. However, it's been reported that the cancellation of The Last O.G. was decided months ago and is only being confirmed today.
