Netflix has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original comedy series Uncoupled starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris.
All 8 episodes of the comedy's first season will be available on Friday, July 29.
Michael (Harris) thought his life was perfect until his husband blindsides him by walking out the door after 17 years. Overnight, Michael has to confront two nightmares - losing what he thought was his soulmate and suddenly finding himself a single gay man in his mid-40s in New York City.
In addition to Harris, the comedy stars Tisha Campbell, Emerson Brooks and Brooks Ashmanskas.
Marcia Gay Harden and Tuc Watkins appear in recurring roles.
Darren Star and Jeffrey Richman created the comedy. They executive produce with Harris, Tony Hernandez and Lilly Burns. MTV Entertainment Studios and Jax Media produce.
