PEACOCK's MRS. DAVIS
- Margo Martindale, Andy McQueen and Ben Chaplin have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Betty Gilpin and Jake McDorman. Martindale is a three-time Emmy Award winner for her performances in FX's Justified and FX's The Americans. McQueen currently stars in The CW's Coroner, which returns for its fourth season later this year. Chaplin currently stars in HBO's The Nevers, which continues its first season later this year as well.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
PARAMOUNT's YELLOWSTONE
- Mo Brings Plenty and Wendy Moniz have been promoted to series regulars for the drama's upcoming fifth season. Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay and Dawn Olivieri have been cast in recurring roles on the new season. Plenty and Moniz have recurred on all four previous seasons - with Plenty appearing in 31 episodes and Moniz appearing in 15 episodes. Caster previously guest starred on Showtime's Shameless and CBS' Magnum P.I. Wilson is a country music singer-songwriter making her acting debut with the drama. Kay recurred on Showtime's Your Honor. Olivieri recurred on CBS' SEAL Team and Paramount+'s 1883.
- Plenty plays Mo, Chief Rainwater's (Gil Birmingham) driver and bodyguard.
- Moniz plays Lynelle Perry, the Governor of Montana.
- Caster will play Rowdy, a young cowboy.
- Wilson will play Abby, a musician.
- Kay will play Clara Brewer, the new assistant for one of the Duttons.
- Olivieri will play Sarah Atwood, a confident, corporate shark and a new arrival to Montana.
NETFLIX's GLAMOROUS
- Kim Cattrall will play the co-lead opposite Miss Benny in the upcoming drama created by Jordon Nardino. She previously starred for six seasons in HBO's Sex and the City as well as its two feature film followups. She currently stars in Hulu's How I Met Your Mother (which has been renewed for a second season) and recurs on Peacock's Queer as Folk (which released its first season yesterday).
- She will play Madolyn Addison, a cosmetics queen and Marco's (Miss Benny) new boss.
NETFLIX's THE DIPLOMAT
- Pearl Mackie and Jess Chanliau have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell. Mackie previously starred in the tenth season of BBC's Doctor Who. Chanliau guest starred on Peacock's Brave New World.
- Mackie will play Alysse. Chanliau will play Ronnie.
DISNEY+'s A SMALL LIGHT
- Amira Casar, Billie Boulet and Ashley Brooke have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming limited series starring Bel Powley, Liev Schreiber and Joe Cole. Casar previously starred in the French limited series Savages. Boulet guest starred on the British drama The Worst Witch. Brooke guest starred on NBC's The Blacklist, CBS' Bull and NBC's New Amsterdam.
- Casar will play Edith Frank, a proud, smart and dignified woman. Mother to Margot and Anne, she navigates motherhood with a sincere and unwavering love, but which can sometimes feel overbearing to her teenage daughters. A natural perfectionist even at times of intense pressure, Edith is always at pains to keep up appearances, doing her best to acclimatize as an immigrant in a strange and suddenly very hostile environment.
- Boulet will play Anne Frank, who is funny, mischievous and, oftentimes, stubborn. She cares deeply for her family and friends, and she is honest to a fault. Anne has no filter - if she thinks something, she says it.
- Brooke will play Margot Frank, who is naturally timid and a ruler follower, but with a kind and loving heart. Sensible and cautious, she is very concerned with how others see her, especially adults.
APPLE TV+'s DISCLAIMER
- Lesley Manville is set as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline. She received an Academy Award nomination in 2018 for her performance in the film Phantom Thread. She next stars in the upcoming fifth season of Netflix's The Crown.
- She will play Nancy, a woman devastated by her young son's untimely death. Her life has been defined by her grief, and she lives a quiet life with her husband (Kline).
