HULU's BLACK CAKE
- Mia Isaac will play a lead role in the upcoming drama starring Adrienne Warren. She stars in the upcoming films Don't Make Me Go for Amazon Studios and Not Okay for Hulu.
- She will play Covey, a fierce biracial teenager, growing up in Jamaica in the late 1960s. As the star swimmer of her community, she plans to use her talents to swim around the world - until her dreams are threatened by her overprotective father, who begins to meddle in her personal life. As a result, Covey is put in a position where she must choose between her family and herself, and she spends the rest of her life facing the consequences.
APPLE TV+'s THE NEW LOOK
- John Malkovich, Emily Mortimer and Claes Bang have joined the cast of the upcoming limited series starring Ben Mendelsohn, Juliette Binoche and Maisie Williams. Malkovich recently starred for two seasons in Netflix's Space Force. Mortimer created and starred in the Amazon limited series The Pursuit of Love. Bang currently recurs on Amazon's The Outlaws, which returns for its second season in August.
- Malkovich will play Lucien Lelong, President of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture, whose influential eponymous fashion house employed Christian Dior (Mendelsohn) and Balmain during the Occupation.
- Mortimer will play Eva Colozzi, a friend, confidante and style inspiration to Coco Chanel (Binoche).
- Bang will play Spatz (Hans Von Dincklage), a Nazi operative stationed in Paris to both seduce and spy on the Parisian female elite.
DISNEY+'s PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS
- Virginia Kull, Glynn Turman, Jason Mantzoukas, Megan Mullally and Timm Sharp will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Walker Scobell. Kull previously starred for two seasons in AMC's NOS4A2. Turman recently starred in the ABC limited series Women of the Movement. Mantzoukas recurred on NBC's Brooklyn Nine-Nine and NBC's The Good Place. Mullally starred for eleven seasons in NBC's Will & Grace. Sharp starred in Netflix's one-season drama On the Verge.
- Kull will play Sally Jackson, Percy's (Scobell) loving, protective and selfless mother. She raised her son knowing that one day she'll have to give him up to the dangerous world of the Olympian gods.
- Turman will play Chiron, aka Mr. Brunner. Disguised as Percy's Latin teacher, he is the famed centaur and trainer of heroes who provides Percy with moral guidance when needed.
- Mantzoukas will play Dionysus, aka Mr. D. Irritable and sarcastic, he runs Camp Half Blood, a camp for the demigods.
- Mullally will play Alecto, aka Mrs. Dodds. She is Percy's strict, irascible math teacher who may act monstrous at times, because she is. She's one of the three Furies, who loyally serves Hades, the god of the underworld.
- Sharp will play Gabe Ugliano, Sally's selfish, brash and combative husband as well as Percy's stepfather.
NBC's NIGHT COURT
- Dimiter Marinov has landed a recurring role on the upcoming comedy starring Melissa Rauch and John Larroquette. He previously guest starred on Showtime's Ray Donovan, FX's Baskets, TBS' Angie Tribeca, USA's Shooter, HBO's Barry and CBS' S.W.A.T.
- He will play Nikolai, the court's maintenance man. A staple character within the building, he pops up in the day-to-day lives of the crew. He's a mystery to everyone around the courthouse - and he likes it that way.
PEACOCK's TWISTED METAL
- Joe Seanoa, Richard Cabral, Mike Mitchell, Tahj Vaughans and Lou Beatty Jr. have booked recurring roles on the upcoming action comedy starring Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz and Thomas Haden Church. Seanoa performs as the professional wrestler Samoa Joe, who is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling. Cabral is coming off a four-season starring role in FX's Mayans M.C. Mitchell starred for three seasons in Netflix's Love. Vaughans recurs in the upcoming second season of Starz's P-Valley. Beatty recurred on ABC's A Million Little Things.
- Seanoa will play the physical body of Sweet Tooth - with executive producer Will Arnett providing the voice. He is a hilarious and terrifying hulk of a man, who is as emotional as he is cunning. A lover of chaos, this majestic rage-filled killer dons an ever-smiling clown mask and uses "Lost Vegas" as his own personal kill-ground, all while he drives his infamous doomsday ice cream truck.
- Cabral will play Loud, the loud and protective brother of Quiet (Beatriz).
- Mitchell and Vaughans will play Stu and Mike, respectively. Best friends, they are the Rosencrantz & Guildenstern of this world. Together, they often find themselves to be more followers than fighters.
- Beatty will play Tommy, a grizzled and weathered cartographer who knows the dangers of the Wild Midwest.
