When the drama was revived earlier this year for its landmark 21st season after being cancelled a decade ago, Waterston signed a one-year deal to return. Sources say he has signed yet another one-year contract - unlike his co-star Anthony Anderson, who opted to return just for the first revived season.
- He plays District Attorney Jack McCoy. In returning for Season 22, Waterston will officially become the longest-running cast member on the drama. He will have starred for 18 seasons overall.

- As with all previous casting, no details were immediately announced about the character she will be playing.
SHOWTIME's FELLOW TRAVELERS
