The drama will follow a young woman (Molino) as she is thrust into a world of old money and deadly secrets. Elena Santos has a complicated past and is maneuvering her way into working as a live-in nanny for an affluent family in Manhattan. She quickly learns that everyone in the mysterious building has deadly secrets and ulterior motives. What they don't know, however, is that Elena has some shocking secrets of her own.
In addition to Molino, the drama will star Warren Christie, Kelly Bishop, Amy Acker, Jon Ecker, Lex Lumpkin, Henry Joseph Samiri and Aliyah Royale.
Julie Durk wrote the pilot, which was directed by Jeffrey Reiner. They will executive produce with showrunner Emily Fox, Ryan Seacrest, Nina Wass and Andrea Shay. ABC Signature and Ryan Seacrest Productions will produce.
