FX has today renewed its original drama series The Old Man for a second season. The renewal comes after the cable channel has aired three episodes of the drama's 7-episode season.
The drama stars Jeff Bridges, John Lithgow, Alia Shawkat, E.J. Bonilla, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Bill Heck, Leem Lubany, Pej Vahdat and Amy Brenneman.
Jonathan E. Steinberg and Robert Levine developed the drama based on the novel by Thomas Perry. They executive produce with Bridges, Warren Littlefield, Dan Shotz, David Schiff and director Jon Watts. 20th Television and The Littlefield Company produce.
