AMC's DEMASCUS
- Martin Lawrence has booked a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Okieriete Onaodowan. He previously starred for five seasons in FOX's Martin. He also stars in the Bad Boys film franchise - which is currently in pre-production on its fourth entry.
- He will play Forty, Demascus' (Onaodowan) irascible uncle, a man who has seen better days. Despite his failing health, he is eager to be acknowledged as the (currently self-proclaimed) patriarch of the family.
DISNEY+'s LOKI
- Rafael Casal has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. He co-wrote and starred in the 2018 feature film Blindspotting. He also co-created and recurs in the television spinoff of the same name on Starz, which has been renewed for a second season.
- No details were immediately announced about the character he will be playing.
HULU's THE HANDMAID'S TALE
- Genevieve Angelson has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fifth season. She previously recurred on NBC's This Is Us, AppleTV+'s The Afterparty and NBC's New Amsterdam.
- She will play Mrs. Wheeler, an affluent Canadian who idolizes Serena (Yvonne Strahovski) and is a driving force behind the rise of Gilead in Toronto.
NBC's LA BREA
- Jonno Roberts is set for a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously recurred on CBS' Blue Bloods and TBS' Wrecked.
- He will play James Mallet, a brilliant scientist and businessman who just might be trying to save the world.
