Days ahead of its series debut, AMC has today renewed its original drama series Interview With the Vampire for a second season. The new drama debuts on AMC and AMC+ on Sunday, October 2.
Based on the novels by Anne Rice, the drama follows Louis de Pointe du Lac, Lestat de Lioncourt and Claudia's story of love and immortality, as told to journalist Daniel Molloy.
The drama stars Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Bailey Bass and Eric Bogosian.
Rolin Jones developed the drama. He executive produces with Rice, Mark Johnson, Christopher Rice and director Alan Taylor. AMC Studios produces.
