CBS' THE NEVER GAME
- Mary McDonnell has been cast as a series regular on the drama pilot starring Justin Hartley. She previously starred for four seasons in Syfy's Battlestar Galactica and six seasons in TNT's Major Crimes. She will next star in Netflix's upcoming limited series The Fall of the House of Usher.
- She will play Mary Dove Shaw, Colter's (Hartley) solid, strong and uncompromising mother, who raised her three children on the remote California compound where her husband took them before his mysterious death. She still lives there, self-reliant and upright, the emotional center of Colter's restless life - and the key to the secrets of the past.
FX's UNTITLED LAUREN LUDWIG PROJECT
- Addie Weyrich, Sydney Kuhne and Sabrina Wu will play the lead roles in the comedy pilot written by Lauren Ludwig. Weyrich previously guest starred on HBO's Crashing and Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Kuhne guest starred on Netflix's Ginny & Georgia, FX's Y: The Last Man and CBS' Good Sam. Wu is a staff writer on Disney+'s Doogie Kamealoha, M.D.
- Weyrich will play Jane. Kuhne will play Kima. Wu will play Rei.
FX's ENGLISH TEACHER
- Stephanie Koenig, Enrico Colantoni, Julian Sergi, Carmen Christopher, Jordan Firstman, Yissendy Trinidad and Langston Kerman have been cast on the comedy pilot written by and starring Brian Jordan Alvarez. Koenig previously recurred on HBO Max's The Flight Attendant and Paramount+'s The Offer. Colantoni starred for four seasons in UPN/Hulu's Veronica Mars. Sergi recurred on Hulu's Ramy. Christopher recurred on FX's The Bear and Peacock's Killing It. Firstman recurred on TBS/HBO Max's Search Party and Disney+'s Ms. Marvel. Trinidad stars in the upcoming film Babylon. Kerman created and starred in Peacock's Bust Down, which produced one season.
- Koenig will play Gwendolyn. Colantoni will play Principal Moretti. Sergi will play Markie. Christopher will play Rick. Firstman will play Malcolm. Trinidad will play Estela. Kerman will play Harry.
