After an amicable divorce, Jim (Cryer) and Julia (Spencer) decide to continue to raise their kids at the family house while taking turns on who gets to stay with them. Navigating the waters of divorce and child-sharing gets more complicated for Jim when Terry (Faison) - the owner of his favorite sports team - enters the picture and wins Julia's heart.
The comedy will also star Finn Sweeney and Sofia Capanna as Jim and Julia's children.
Mike O'Malley (Survivor's Remorse, Heels) created the comedy. He will executive produce with Cryer, Tom Werner, Wyc Grousbeck, Emilia Fazzalari and George Geyer. Lionsgate Television and Universal Television will produce.
