Disney+'s The Crossover; FOX's Animal Kingdom; and Netflix's Bridgerton.
NETFLIX's BRIDGERTON
- Hannah New has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming third season. She previously starred for four seasons in Starz's Black Sails. She also recurred on FX's The Strain and FX's Trust.
- She will play Lady Tilley Arnold, a firebrand widow. Widowed at an early age, she enjoys the privileges and power that come with being at the helm of her former husband's estate, living life on her own terms with financial independence and sexual freedom.
FOX's ANIMAL CONTROL
- Joel McHale will star in and executive produce the upcoming comedy created by Bob Fisher, Rob Greenberg and Dan Sterling. He previously starred for six seasons in NBC/Yahoo Screen's Community and will reprise his role in the upcoming film on Peacock. He currently stars in the third season of The CW's Stargirl. He also hosts FOX's Crime Scene Kitchen, which has been renewed for a second season.
- He will play Frank, an opinionated, eccentric Animal Control officer who may not have gone to college but is still the most well-read person in the room. A former cop, Frank tried to expose corruption in his department, but his efforts got him fired, which may explain why he's so cynical and curmudgeonly. He has an almost superhuman ability to understand animals. Humans... not so much.
DISNEY+'s THE CROSSOVER
- Yvonne Senat Jones has landed a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Jalyn Hall and Amir O'Neil. She previously starred in the Disney+ film Sneakerella. She also starred for two seasons in BET+'s Ruthless.
- She will play Janice, Filthy (Hall) and JB's (O'Neil) English teacher at Hughes Middle School. She's a great teacher, and a close, supportive friend of their mother, Crystal (Sabrina Revelle).
