During the show's presentation today at New York Comic-Con, HBO Max announced the premiere date for the upcoming fourth season of its original drama series Doom Patrol - which will be split into two parts.
The fourth season will launch on Thursday, December 8 with two episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Thursday until January 5. Six more episodes from Season 4 will then be released later on in 2023.
In the new season, the team unexpectedly travels to the future and finds an unwelcome surprise. Faced with their imminent demise, the Doom Patrol must decide once and for all which is more important: their own happiness or the fate of the world?
The drama stars Brendan Fraser, Matt Bomer, Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, Skye Roberts, Riley Shanahan, Matthew Zuk and Michelle Gomez.
Jeremy Carver developed the drama. He executive produces with Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson. Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Productions produce.
