Amazon's The Boys & The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power; Disney+'s Daredevil: Born Again; HBO's The Palace; HBO Max's Dune: The Sisterhood; and Hulu's Under the Bridge




AMAZON's THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER
  • Sam Hazeldine, Gabriel Akuwudike, Yasen "Zates" Atour, Ben Daniels, Amelia Kenworthy, Nia Towle and Nicholas Woodeson have been cast in recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Hazeldine previously recurred on AppleTV+'s Slow Horses and Netflix's The Sandman. Akuwudike recurred on Amazon's Hanna. Atour recurred on Netflix's The Witcher. Daniels starred for two seasons in FOX's The Exorcist and in the third season of Netflix's The Crown. Kenworthy is a newcomer. Towle appeared in the Netflix film Persuasion. Woodeson appeared in the films The Death of Stalin, Paddington 2 and The Hustle
  • Hazeldine will take over the role of Orc leader Adar, who was placed by Joseph Mawle in the first season.
  • No details were immediately announced about the characters the other six actors will be playing.
AMAZON's THE BOYS
  • Rosemarie DeWitt, Rob Benedict and Elliot Knight have landed recurring roles on the drama's upcoming fourth season. DeWitt recently starred in the HBO Max limited series The Staircase. Benedict previously recurred on The CW's Supernatural and Netflix's Lucifer. Knight recurred on ABC's Once Upon a Time and HBO Max's Titans.
  • DeWitt will play Hughie's (Jack Quaid) mother.
  • No details were immediately announced about the characters Benedict and Knight will be playing.
  • Furthermore, Simon Pegg will also reprise his role as Hughie's father in the upcoming season.
HBO MAX's DUNE: THE SISTERHOOD
  • Mark Strong, Jade Anouka and Chris Mason have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Emily Watson, Shirley Henderson and Travis Fimmel. Strong previously starred in the Kingsman film franchise. Anouka currently stars in HBO's His Dark Materials, which returns for its third and final season next week. Mason recurred on The CW's Riverdale and NBC's Law & Order: Organized Crime.
  • Strong will play Emperor Javicco Corrino, a man from a great line of war-time Emperors, who is called upon to govern the Imperium and manage a fragile peace.
  • Anouka will play Sister Theodosia, a talented and ambitious acolyte at the Sisterhood who harbors a dangerous secret about her past.
  • Mason will play Keiran Atreides, a Swordmaster to a Great House whose ambition to live up to his family name is disrupted when he forms an unexpected connection to a member of the royal family.
HULU's UNDER THE BRIDGE
  • Riley Keough will star in and executive produce the upcoming limited series developed by Samir Mehta and Liz Tigelaar. She previously starred in the first season of Amazon's The Terminal List. She next stars in Amazon's upcoming limited series Daisy Jones & The Six.
  • She will play Rebecca Godfrey, a rebellious novelist who returns to her hometown of Victoria, British Colombia in 1997 and immerses herself in the too-strange-to-believe case of Virk's murder. As a young woman herself, Godfrey is entrusted by the teenagers accused of the crime and gains unique access to the story. Her increasing fascination with the case - and the killers - drew her down the same path as Truman Capote while writing In Cold Blood.
HBO's THE PALACE
  • Andrea Riseborough will co-star on the upcoming limited series starring Kate Winslet and Matthias Schoenaerts. She previously starred in the second season of Netflix's Bloodline, in the Channel 4 limited series National Treasure, in the BBC One limited series The Witness for the Prosecution and in the Amazon limited series ZeroZeroZero. She will next be seen in Netflix's upcoming film Matilda The Musical.
  • She will play The Palace Manager, the Chancellor's (Winslet) right-hand woman.
DISNEY+'s DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN
  • Michael Gandolfini is set for a major role on the upcoming drama starring Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio. He previously starred in the film The Many Saints of Newark. He also recurred on HBO's The Deuce and Paramount+'s The Offer.
  • No details were immediately announced about the character he will be playing.
