- Michael Kelly is set for a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Zoe Saldaña and Laysla De Oliveira. He previously starred for six seasons in Netflix's House of Cards, receiving four Emmy Award nominations for his supporting performance. He recently starred for two seasons in Amazon's Jack Ryan and in the Showtime limited series The Comey Rule.
- He will play Byron Westfield, the Deputy Director of the CIA.
DISNEY+'s PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS
- Lance Reddick and Toby Stephens will guest star on the upcoming drama starring Walker Scobell, Aryan Simhadri and Leah Sava Jeffries. Reddick previously starred for five seasons in HBO's The Wire, five seasons in FOX's Fringe, seven seasons in Amazon's Bosch and three seasons in Comedy Central's Corporate. Stephens starred for four seasons in Starz's Black Sails, three seasons in Netflix's Lost in Space and in the second season of Freevee's Alex Rider.
- Reddick will play Zeus, the all-powerful god of the sky and leader of Mount Olympus. Tempestuous and mistrustful, he's promised to wage a war if his stolen thunderbolt is not returned.
- Stephens will play Poseidon, the god of the sea and Percy's (Scobell) father. Although seemingly absent in Percy's life, many of Poseidon's qualities live in Percy; stubbornness, impulsiveness and loyalty. Though he has stayed away throughout Percy's life, his deep feelings for his son - and Percy's mother, Sally (Virginia Kull) - are evident.
