Amazon has today renewed its original drama series The Terminal List for a second season. Moreover, the streaming service has given a series order to an untitled prequel series starring Taylor Kitsch.
In its first season, The Terminal List starred Chris Pratt, Taylor Kitsch, Constance Wu, Riley Keough, Arlo Mertz and Jeanne Tripplehorn.
David DiGilio developed the drama based on the novel by Jack Carr. They executive produce with Pratt, Antoine Fuqua, Jon Schumacher, Daniel Shattuck and David Auge. Amazon Studios, MRC Television, Civic Center Media, Indivisible Productions, Fuqua Films and DiGilio Films produce.
The untitled prequel will follow Ben Edwards' (Kitsch) journey from Navy SEAL to CIA paramilitary operator, exploring the true darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.
DiGilio will also serve as showrunner on the prequel. He will executive produce with Pratt, Kitsch, Jack Carr, Antoine Fuqua, Max Adams and Jared Shaw. Amazon Studios, MRC Television, Civic Center Media, Indivisible Productions, Fuqua Films and DiGilio Films will produce.
