APPLE TV+'s SINKING SPRING
- Ving Rhames, Dustin Nguyen, Nesta Cooper, Idris Debrand, Liz Caribel and Will Pullen have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Brian Tyree Henry and Michael Mando. Rhames stars in the Mission: Impossible film franchise. Nguyen currently stars in Warrior, which returns for its third season on HBO Max later this year. Cooper starred for three seasons in AppleTV+'s See. Debrand currently stars in AppleTV+'s Dear Edward, which is now airing its first season. Caribel recurs on HBO's upcoming drama The Idol. Pullen recurred on AppleTV+'s Dickinson.
- Rhames will play Bart, Ray's (Henry) father. After years in prison, he returns to his son's life with explosive results.
- Nguyen will play Ho Dinh, Ray's friend.
- Cooper will play Michelle, a lawyer hired to represent both Ray and his de facto mother, Teresa (Kate Mulgrew).
- Debrand will play a younger Ray.
- Caribel will play Sherry, Manny's (Mando) girlfriend.
- Pullen will play Marchetti, a junior DEA agent.
HBO MAX's THE PENGUIN
- Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O'Connell and Rhenzy Feliz have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming drama starring Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti. Kelly previously starred for six seasons in Netflix's House of Cards and two seasons in Amazon's Jack Ryan. Aghdashloo starred for six seasons in Syfy/Amazon's The Expanse. O'Connell won a Tony Award last year for her performance in the play Dana H. Feliz previously starred for three seasons in Hulu's Runaways.
